Warning signs of a gambling addiction

  • Increased interest with gambling
  • lie, make excuses for or try to hide there addiction

Warning signs that a friend or family member is addicted to self harm.

  • They have several scars on different parts of ether body, usually there arms , legs or stomach. These scars could be from knife, razor blade, scratching, excessive rubbing, etc.
  • always wear long sleeves, even in very hot weather, to hide scars
  • never wears shorts or short skirts
